Black Truffle Carpaccio
We exclusively use and chosen Italian truffles that we
select one by one. This product is ideal to season and
garnish risotto and pasta. Spread on toasted slices of
bread. Also perfect with meat, cheese and salads.
Ingredients: Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum
vitt) 80%, extra virgin oil, Salt, Spices, flavourings.
