White Cream with Truffle

This delicious cream is made with fresh mushrooms, butter and white spring truffles. It is a perfect dressing for risotto, pasta, tortellini and ravioli.
Ingredients: mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus) (77%), butter, white truffle juice (water, Tuber Magnatum Pico, salt) (5%), white truffel (Tuber Albidum Pico) (2,5%), salt, wheat-meal tipe "0", sugar, acidity corrector: E330, flavouring.
