Extra olive-oil. Hand made in Umbria
This oil is made of hand-pick olives (without any machineries) in order to keep them intact. The factory farm San Fortunato produces and selects extra-olive oil since generations. The olive trees enjoys beams from daylight till sunset: the valuable Cultivar are: Frantoiano, Muraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino and other species. These particular olives are pressed not later than 24/48 hours after the harvesting and give the oil a good taste and the typical lightness of the Mediterranean diet.
