Meat Sauces
This ragout is the ideal condiment for pasta and for
polenta. Add some cream or tomato sauce, if you like.
Ingredients: meat, extra virgin olive oil, red wine, whole Milk,
onion, celery, wheat meal, salt, spices and aromatics
herbs, spidity exalter.
