SAGRANTINO DI MONTEFALCO D.O.C.G.
Obtained from carefully selected Sagrantino grapes. Soon after the harvesting, the grapes are taken to the wine cellar, slightly pressed and put in a concrete tank, together with their skins and some dry ice. After the first four days the fermentation process starts. After the pressing, the wine goes into barriques made of French oak and stays there for about 12 months before the bottleing. It is ready to be bought about 3 years after the grape-harvest.
