Artichokes Sauces
This delicious sauce is only made by locally produced
rocket. It is suggested to top pasta and spaghetti or
to be spread on toasts.
Ingredients: artichokes , extra virgin olive
oil, salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, acidity corrector.
