Rocket Sauce
This delicious sauce is only made by locally produced
rocket. It's is suggested to top pasta or to be spread
on toasts.
Ingredients: rocket, extravirgin olive oil,
walnut, capers, salt, anchovy, bread crumbs,
pepper.
