White Truffle Sauce

This unique cream is made by mixing pure italian white truffel with fresh cream. Particulary suitable for pasta, risotto, tortellini and ravioli, or spread on canapès.

Ingredients: cream, White Truffles: white spring truffle (Tuber Albidum), White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), parmesan cheese, heat meal type "0", salt, vegetable broth, flavourings.
