This delicious cream is a wonderful combination of sliced black italian truffles, fresh mushrooms and high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Ideal for pasta, rice, and toast. Add cream or milk if desired.
Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (Psalliota Hortensis), black truffle: black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 8%, black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) , black olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, anchovies, parsley, garlic.
