Whole Black Truffel
We only use Umbrian truffles, and we choose them one by one. They are ideal to garnish all kind of dishes or to prepare pâtés and galantines. The preservation water can be used as condiment, too.
Ingredients: Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), Water Salt.
