September 2024, im Battersea Arts Centre in London stattfand, wurden die Gewinner der Great Taste Golden Forks 2024 bekannt gegeben, die die besten Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkeprodukte der Welt feierten.<\/p>\n<p>Die spanische Goldene Gabel war stark umk\u00e4mpft, wobei der 100% Iberico Bellota Guijuelo Schinken von C\u00e9sar Nieto, die Butter-Sardellen von Conservas Catalina und der Blanco Balsamico Essig von Olio Fino es in die Endrunde schafften. C\u00e9sar Nieto konnte den Preis f\u00fcr seinen Pata Negra Schinken sichern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Juroren beschrieben diesen Schinken als \u201ePerfekt. Er hatte diese immense Geschmackstiefe, diesen wunderbaren Glanz, ohne fettig zu sein; er schmolz im Mund, war wirklich aromatisch und hatte einen hervorragenden Abgang.
