This unique cream is made by mixing pure italian black Summer Truffle with fresh cream. Particulary suitable for pasta, risotto, tortellini and ravioli, or spread on canapès.

Fresh pasteurized cream, UHT cream (cream, stabilizer carrageenan E407), parmigiano reggiano cheese (milk, salt, rennet), potato flakes, Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 6%, salt, flavourings.
