Shipping
the goods (accompanied by the invoice) will be shipped by an express courier till the customer’s address. If the person is not at home at the moment of the delivery, the courier will leave a message and the customer must call him back in 24 hours. Prices include V.A.T. Please note that the delivery time may vary because of the period of the year during which we receive the order. The express courier usually takes 24/48 hours to deliver. We can be considered responsible only for delays due to Coccia’s company.

According to the Italian law 675/96, Coccia’s Truffles guarantee his customers’ privacy. The information we ask you at the moment of the order are only use to dispatch the goods or to contact you concerning your order (we need your telephone number just to phone you in case of need. Your personal data won’t be given to other company.
Shopping on-line
Coccia’s truffles is a web site dedicated to truffle-based products shopping. The customer can check the availability of our products, gather information through their specifications and finally confirm the order considering the price without the shipment cost. Before the confirmation, the customer has the opportunity to checkthe unit price per product, the total amount and the shipment costs. After the will decide concerning any confirmation, will be sent to the customer an e-mail containing Number, Date, total amount for the order. In case of payment through bank transfer, the detailed order will be also sent.
This contract is ruled by Italian Law (Dlgs n. 185/1999). The Judge of Foligno Forum will decide concerning any contestation related to the validity and interpretation of this contract (for Italians only).
